Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is the technique of applying vitamins, minerals, amino acids or enzymes alone or usually as a mixture to the middle layer of the skin by microinjection. The substances to be injected are selected according to the person and the person’s wishes. Mesotherapy can be used for skin tightening, lifting, anti-aging, blemish treatment and scar treatment in the facial area.

Mesotherapy in the face area is most often used for mesolifting purposes. The effect is achieved by mixing fillers such as vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, amino acids and hyaluronic acid into a special mixture and injecting them into the lower layers of the skin.

The aim is to restore the skin’s lost firmness, moisture and vitality, thus creating a lifting effect. Medicines applied to the surface such as daily creams and serums used for this purpose are not effective because they cannot penetrate into the lower layers of the skin in sufficient quantities. In mesotherapy, the substances needed by the skin can be given directly to the desired area and to the desired depth, in the required amount.

With mesotherapy, the skin can benefit from effective substances in a short time. In addition, since the drugs are given in very small amounts, the possibility of side effects of the substances used is reduced. Facial mesotherapy (mesolifting) is an anti-aging treatment that renews the skin and is effective against skin wrinkles and skin sagging. It stimulates collagen synthesis in the skin and provides firming and shine. After facial mesotherapy, the skin looks fresher and more rested. The elasticity of the skin increases and skin sagging decreases. Wrinkles are lightened. The skin gets a bright appearance.

Its healing effect is especially evident in middle-aged and older smokers, those with damaged skin exposed to the harmful effects of the sun, those who do not pay attention to nutrition and sleep patterns, and those who have complaints such as dryness or sagging.

In addition, applying mesotherapy regularly, before the effects of wear and tear on the skin begin and before wrinkles and lines appear, will make the skin look younger, livelier and healthier.

Apart from the lifting effect on the face, mesotherapy can also be applied as under-eye lightening mesotherapy. Cocktails consisting of some specially prepared amino acids and vitamins can be applied to revitalize the eye area and eliminate small wrinkles, bruises and dark circles.

In facial mesotherapy;

Salmon DNA
Vitamins (A-B-C-E and K)
Amino acids and Polypeptides

Products such as DMAE (Dimethyl amino ethanol) are used.

The procedure begins after applying local anesthetic creams. With small and depth-adjustable needles, the products you need are given from certain points to certain depths. It is generally a painless procedure. Afterwards, we can immediately return to our daily lives, but rarely, minor rashes or temporary bruises may occur at the application points. 2-3 sessions are recommended, 1-2 weeks apart. Afterwards, additional sessions may be required at regular intervals. The effect begins to appear after the 2nd session.

After the procedure, the face should not be washed, make-up should not be applied, and solarium and sun exposure should be avoided for a few hours.

It is recommended not to apply mesotherapy in the following situations. These situations:

in pregnant women
In breastfeeding mothers
Those with a history of stroke
Those with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus
In cancer patients
People with blood clotting problems
Those who are at risk of having an allergic reaction to any of the drugs to be used

Botolinum toxin is a neurotoxic protein produced by the bacteria Clostridium botulinum and related species. It causes soft paralysis by preventing the release of the acetylcholine neurotransmitter from axon endings. Infection with this bacterium causes botulism disease.

Bichectomy, one of the aesthetic operations frequently used by those who want to achieve an ideal facial appearance, is performed to make facial lines proportionate. In some cases, even if the person is at the ideal weight, he or she may appear overweight due to the amount of fat in the existing facial structure. The fat tissue located in the middle area of the cheeks is called buccal fat tissue. This fatty tissue, located between the facial muscles, is anatomically located in the lower region of the cheekbones and is thought to contribute to sucking functions in babies. The size of this fatty tissue is one of the main factors affecting the size of the face. With aging, buccal fat tissue generally tends to decrease.

We often use fillers called hyaluronic acid in the face area, especially on the lips. Hyaluronic acid is actually a building block found in our body that has water retention properties. When this substance is depleted in the skin and subcutaneous tissue under the influence of age and environmental factors, it causes some changes that manifest themselves as volume loss. To put it simply, with filler injections, we aim to increase the amount of this water-retaining molecule in our body.
